雙排外腳手架搭設(shè) 11 腳手架搭拆專項(xiàng)施工方案 一、工程概況 浦江縣中學(xué)遷建工程Ｉ標(biāo)，位于浦江縣平七路與體育場路交匯處的東南側(cè)，交通便捷，分圖書科技 樓、藝術(shù)樓、風(fēng)雨操場三個(gè)單位工程，其中圖書技術(shù)樓建筑面積為 16882ｍ ２ ，地下一層，地上八層， 總高度為 42.4ｍ，；藝術(shù)樓建積面積 3055m2，2層，總高度 17.245ｍ；風(fēng)雨操場建筑面積： 2965ｍ２， １層，高度 16.136m，,建筑設(shè)計(jì)合理使用年限均為 50年,二類高層建筑，耐火等級二級。建設(shè)方浦江 縣教育發(fā)展有限責(zé)任公司； 設(shè)計(jì)單位同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院， 監(jiān)理單位浙江東方工程監(jiān)理有限公司， 廣廈建設(shè)集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司承建。根據(jù)實(shí)際情況擬定采用搭設(shè)扣件式鋼管落地腳手架。 二、材料要求 (1) 材質(zhì)：立桿、大橫桿、小橫桿、斜撐桿、連墻桿件、剪刀撐等桿件均采用外徑為φ 48mm，壁厚 3.5mm的鋼管。除小橫桿長度按 1.
