整流機(jī)組直流刀開(kāi)關(guān) 直流刀開(kāi)關(guān)是設(shè)置在電解鋁整流所整流柜出口處， 用來(lái)無(wú)載分?jǐn)嗪瓦B接直流回路。 由于 電解鋁采用多機(jī)組并列供電的方式， 直流刀開(kāi)關(guān)作為設(shè)置在供電主回路上的電氣設(shè)備， 主要 作用是當(dāng)單機(jī)組檢修和設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)， 可以迅速達(dá)到與主回路隔離的目的， 保證電解鋁工 藝生產(chǎn)供電不間斷的要求。 伴隨著中國(guó)鋁工業(yè)的發(fā)展， 對(duì)直流刀開(kāi)關(guān)提出了更好的性能要求， 直流刀開(kāi)關(guān)的發(fā)展經(jīng)過(guò)了 三個(gè)階段： 第一階段： HD16型直流母線式刀開(kāi)關(guān)作為 20世紀(jì) 70~90年代初國(guó)內(nèi)唯一產(chǎn)品， 是由化工 氯堿行業(yè)中發(fā)展而來(lái)的，最大容量為 40KA，曾在河南沁陽(yáng)鋁電解試驗(yàn)廠使用，在電解鋁行 業(yè)的應(yīng)用效果并不好，隨著電解鋁系列電流由 60KA發(fā)展到 160KA 、200KA ，HD16型刀開(kāi)關(guān) 無(wú)法滿足要求，表現(xiàn)在開(kāi)關(guān)溫升高，壓降大；壽命低于 100次；穩(wěn)定性差；隨著使用時(shí)間的 增長(zhǎng)，開(kāi)關(guān)運(yùn)行溫度逐漸升高，直
